I have been on a journey of self-discovery for as long as I can remember. My roots are in fine art and theatre, and since 2001, I have been working as a holistic therapist and meditation teacher — across Bulgaria, India, France, and the UK — weaving together creative expression and deep inner exploration.

Over the years, a fascination with the body's own wisdom has drawn me into training in dance, yoga, active meditation, bioenergetics, and various styles of massage. In my work with clients, I have found again and again that when we learn to trust the felt sense of the body, to feel, explore, and stay connected to ourselves, something powerful shifts. It can help us resolve longstanding difficulties, make clearer decisions, and feel more grounded in our lives.

 

Creativity is another thread woven throughout everything I do. Though it is often buried or feared, creative expression can unlock meanings and feelings that simply don't fit into words, offering a release of tension and insights drawn from our own inner world. While art and play are often associated with children's therapy, I have seen them work profound healing in adults, too.

 

A third dimension of my practice grew out of my own life experience: since the birth of my son, I have been deeply immersed in the wisdom of the womb and the lower belly. This led me to train as a doula and holistic fertility expert, and to offer abdominal massage and women's circles as a way of helping women reconnect with their bodies and their feminine power. I work with women navigating fertility, pregnancy, and the postnatal period, as well as those carrying grief or trauma connected to the womb, including pregnancy loss, endometriosis, fibroids, and other conditions rooted in pelvic health.

 

Across all of this, what unites my work is a belief in your capacity to heal, and my role is simply to offer the space, the tools, and the companionship for that to happen.
